The following agreement is between Carrie Haven (breeder) , hereafter referred to as “seller” and ___________________, hereafter referred to as “purchaser.” I guarantee the puppy for one year from the date of birth to be free from life threatening genetic defects and to be healthy at the time of purchase. If any life threatening genetic defects become apparent within the year, the puppy needs to be returned immediately. Buyer also must provide a signed statement from a licensed Veterinarian along with this signed contract. We will take the puppy in for a second opinion and if the Veterinarians are in agreement we will replace the puppy with one of the same gender and color as soon as one becomes available. Their will be no cash refunds. All AKC papers must be returned with the puppy. The seller is at no time responsible for Veterinarian Costs and/or shipping for your puppy. You, the buyer, must have a licensed veterinarian examine the puppy within 72 hours of arrival. Failure to do so means that you accept the puppy as healthy and fulfilling all your expectations. If you are sold a puppy under limited breeding registration the animal is to be spay/nutured within ___wks of purchase. You will not receive your AKC papers untill proof from the vet has been sent to me ( the seller)
Although I try to predict size, quality, and breeding ability of the puppies I can not guarantee these attributes.
